Eligibility Participants must be at least 18 years of age or have obtained parental or guardian consent if under 18. By agreeing to these terms, you warrant that you meet the minimum age requirement and that your participation in our courses is not prohibited by any applicable law.
User Account Registration and Security
Account Creation: You must register and create an account to access certain features of our courses. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to update such information to keep it accurate and complete.
Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify Techgyan immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Training Fees and Refunds
Non-refundable Fees: All fees paid for training and workshops are non-refundable. This policy stands even if you are unable to complete the training for any reason.
Cancellation by Techgyan: If a training session is cancelled by Techgyan due to unforeseen circumstances, we will refund your fees minus a bank charge of 150 INR. The refund process will take 15 days, and the refund will be credited within 15-20 days through the original mode of payment.
Postponement: Should any training session be postponed, you will be notified of the new dates and may transfer your registration to the rescheduled session or to another session within the same fiscal year.
Course Content and Intellectual Property
Ownership and Use: All training materials provided by Techgyan are the intellectual property of Techgyan or its licensors. These materials are provided for your personal and non-commercial use only and may not be used, copied, or distributed without explicit written consent from Techgyan.
Prohibited Activities You are prohibited from:
Copying, distributing, or disclosing any part of the training in any medium, including without limitation by any automated or non-automated “scraping.”
Using any automated system, including without limitation “robots,” “spiders,” “offline readers,” etc., to access the service in a manner that sends more request messages to the Techgyan servers than a human can reasonably produce in the same period by using a conventional online web browser.
Transmitting spam, chain letters, or other unsolicited email.
Attempting to interfere with, compromise the system integrity or security, or decipher any transmissions to or from the servers running the service.
Privacy Policy Your registration and participation in our courses involve the provision and collection of certain personal data. Our Privacy Policy outlines how we handle this data and protects your privacy.
Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability Techgyan provides training “as is” and makes no warranties regarding the performance or operation of the training. Techgyan will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your access to or use of the training services.
Modification of Terms Techgyan reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the revised terms on our site and updating the effective date. Your continued use of our services after such changes will constitute your agreement to the new terms.
Termination Techgyan may terminate your access to all or any part of the services at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, effective immediately. If you wish to terminate this agreement or your Techgyan account, you may simply discontinue using the services.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Techgyan operates. Any disputes will be handled in the local courts of that jurisdiction.
Pandemic and Force Majeure
Handling of Fees Under Exceptional Circumstances: In the event of a pandemic or other public health emergency, Techgyan reserves the right to adjust the delivery method of our training and workshops to comply with health advisories and government restrictions.
Financial Adjustments: If the mode of training changes due to a pandemic and results in a decrease in operational costs, Techgyan may, at its discretion, offer a partial refund or credit to participants, reflecting the cost savings.
