Cancellation and Refunds

1. Non-refundable Fees: All fees paid for training and workshops are non-refundable. This policy stands even if you are unable to complete the training for any reason.

2. Cancellation by Techgyan: If a training session is cancelled by Techgyan due to unforeseen circumstances, we will refund your fees minus a bank charge of 150 INR. The refund process will take 15 days, and the refund will be credited within 15-20 days through the original mode of payment.

3. Postponement: Should any training session be postponed, you will be notified of the new dates and may transfer your registration to the rescheduled session or to another session within the same fiscal year.
