Terms and Conditions for Accommodation Facilitation
1. Accommodation Management:
a. Accommodation is available only for girls. Boys will not be allowed to stay in the campus.
b. The accommodation facility provided during the event will be exclusively managed by the Infinito IIT Patna team. Techgyan’s role is limited to the collection of payments on behalf of Infinito IIT Patna.
2. Scope of Services:
a. Accommodation Setup: Attendees will be accommodated in a common room setup with multiple beds.
b. Amenities Provided: Each attendee will be provided with one mattress, one bed sheet, one pillow, and one bucket. No additional amenities or personal items will be supplied unless specified otherwise.
3. Liability:
a. Techgyan is not responsible for the direct management or provisioning of the accommodation facilities. Its role is strictly limited to financial transactions on behalf of Infinito IIT Patna.
b. Infinito IIT Patna assumes all responsibility for the adequacy, safety, and quality of the accommodation provided.
4. Issues and Disputes:
a. Any issues related to the accommodation should be directly addressed to and managed by the Infinito IIT Patna team.
b. Techgyan will not be involved in disputes regarding accommodation quality, disputes, or refunds.
5. Changes to Terms:
a. Infinito IIT Patna reserves the right to make changes to the terms and conditions without prior notice. However, attendees will be informed of any significant changes that could affect their stay.
6. Confirmation of Understanding:
a. By making a payment through Techgyan, attendees are confirming their understanding and agreement to these terms, which govern the provision of accommodation by Infinito IIT Patna.
