Terms and Conditions for Event & Accommodation Facilitation
1. Event & Accommodation Management: The event and accommodation facilities provided during the event will be exclusively managed by the Kashiyatra IIT BHU team. Techgyan’s role is limited to the collection of payments on behalf of Kashiyatra IIT BHU.
2. Scope of Services:
- Accommodation Setup: Attendees will be accommodated in a common room setup with multiple beds.
- Amenities Provided: Each attendee will be provided with one mattress, one bed sheet, and one pillow. No additional amenities or personal items will be supplied unless specified otherwise.
3. Liability:
- Techgyan is not responsible for the direct management or provisioning of the event or accommodation facilities. Its role is strictly limited to financial transactions on behalf of Kashiyatra IIT BHU.
- Kashiyatra IIT BHU assumes all responsibility for the adequacy, safety, and quality of the accommodation and event arrangements provided.
4. Issues and Disputes:
- Any issues related to the event or accommodation should be directly addressed to and managed by the Kashiyatra IIT BHU team.
- Techgyan will not be involved in disputes regarding accommodation quality, event arrangements, or refunds.
5. Changes to Terms:
- Kashiyatra IIT BHU reserves the right to make changes to the terms and conditions without prior notice. However, attendees will be informed of any significant changes that could affect their stay or participation.
6. Confirmation of Understanding:
- By making a payment through Techgyan, attendees are confirming their understanding and agreement to these terms, which govern the provision of event participation and accommodation by Kashiyatra IIT BHU.
